Delivery & Fulfillment Management: Oversee the full delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform (BOB): delivery scheduling, transporter/vehicle assignment, and on-time closing of deliveries and orders. Manage high-volume bulk cement operations, including multi-truck orders, quantity splitting practices, and exceptional-quantity official deliveries specific to the Jeddah region. Ensure Fasah permits, delivery notes, and transportation cost entries are accurate, complete, and recorded per company standards. Ensure deliveries are assigned to transporters promptly once documents are received, avoiding delays in the delivery-closing process.
Process Optimization & Improvement: Analyze current regional workflows and identify areas for improvement; drive continuous process improvement and cost control. Develop and implement SOPs, best practices, and operational guidelines for the region. Champion adoption of new tools and automation (unified delivery schedule, AI-assisted workflows, bulk assignment features) within the regional team.
KPIs, Data & Reporting: Monitor regional KPIs and generate operational performance reports for senior leadership. Use operational data and dashboards (e.g., Metabase) to track deliveries, transporter costs, and team productivity; identify trends and drive data-driven decisions. Use analytics to forecast demand, plan resources, and manage regional operational capacity.
Manage and oversee the Group's overall Supply Chain operations , including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.
Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies, policies, procedures, and operational plans in alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
